CrossFit Kids focuses on teaching core fundamental movements to develop the athlete’s overall ability to move and function in various active environments. This Program is for girls and boys of all fitness levels and capabilities ages 3 to 17 years old and is designed to promote fun fitness through games, challenges, and relays.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.  Our specialty is not specializing.  Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics.

CrossFit Kids @ CrossFit Cayman

  • Monday/Friday: 4:30pm CrossFit Teens (Ages 12-17)
  • Wednesday: 4pm CrossFit Kids (Ages 3-11)
  • Saturday: 9am CrossFit Kids (Ages 3-11)

Each class will include skill work, a workout and most importantly, fun and games!  CrossFit Kids classes will be 45 minutes long and CrossFit Teens classes will be one hour long.  Parents are expected to remain on site during the CrossFit Kids classes.

CrossFit Kids (2 times per week)

  • $100 for month ($75 per month if sibling is enrolled as well)
  • $15 per individual drop in class
