I thought since many of our members are trying to make big changes to live healthier lives I would post what CrossFit and eating the right way have done for me.
Workout of the Day:
10 minutes Handstand push-ups
5 minutes Squats
2 minutes Pull-ups
1 minute Push-ups
If you are doing the Paleo Challenge and you dont have recent “Helen” time you will be doing “Helen”. After the 30 day challenge you will perform Helen again to see how your performance or fitness has improved.

21 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
12 Pull ups

Clean is from the ground, power or squat.

Ideally, the pull-up bar is one foot above your reach.
If you cant do a pull up we will scale the workout for you.
