. K2Es are still my big goat. Basically I just flail wildly and hope my knees and elbows make contact
. Add that to the list of things to work on.
I think it’s a Universally Accepted Fact that everyone hates burpees. My new strategy: When I think I’ve done all the burpees I can in a set, do five more.
