    30 reps only save for jump box and kettles, did 50 – no one told me b4hand newbies got off easier! (oooh. that sounded bad….)

    17 lb kettle, 10 lb wall ball – happy I survived :o )

    Shaved about 4 minutes off last time. Given how brutal this week has been, I’m ecstatic :) . K2Es are still my big goat. Basically I just flail wildly and hope my knees and elbows make contact :P . Add that to the list of things to work on.

    I think it’s a Universally Accepted Fact that everyone hates burpees. My new strategy: When I think I’ve done all the burpees I can in a set, do five more.
