    6 pounds and 10 inches lost on the Paleo Challenge!! :)

    SP: 75lbs
    Back Squat: 145

    Total: 405lbs

    PR by 50lbs!!!

    Wander that is soooooo awesome! Way to go!

    BS:205….felt quite light but back sore from DL
    SP:75…can never get 80….so annoying

    540….woohoo!

    SP: 100 (PR by 5. WTF, my shoulder has been injured this month, yet somehow pull a PR on this.. I don’t get it :) )
    BS: 205 (Down 20 because I couldn’t grip properly with the shoulder)

    Total: 650 (up 35 from last total)

    205 Deadlift (went lighter cause of my back)
