Workout of the Day:

For anybody doing the Paleo Challenge:

“Helen”

Three Rounds for Time of:
Run 400 Meters
21 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
12 Pull ups

then

Front squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

    Sorry that I missed Helen today. I’ll try to make it up over the weekend.
    As for the Front Squats, I did that earlier in the week and worked up to 215lbs. I really need to work on them, and try to get them closer to my back squat weights. Another goal to add to the board!
