Workout of the Day:

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

    OH squat: Got to 100 lbs
    Front squat: Got to 170 lbs
    Back squat: Got to 185 lbs

    OH squat – 145 lbs
    Front squat -185 lbs
    Back squat – 235 lbs

    Pr’s all around and def have more to give as just took the 5 attempts and didn’t fail
