“Bulger

Ten rounds for time of:
Run 150 meters
7 Chest to bar pull-ups
135 pound Front squat, 7 reps
7 Handstand push-ups

    41:30 i think, rx mainly except cant really do chest to bar the whole time – so sub’d in kipping pullup – no band… :) 2 months Band Free
    Who’s idea was it to do 2 monsters in a row??

    30:25 I think.
    sub hand release PUs for the HSPUs
    but I did 14 per round instead of 7.
    Good fun!

    39:17 RX apart from HSPU which were to the ab mat. Very happy as this is the first time I have managed to tap the mat this many times. Ground soon!
