CrossFit Games Open 11.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
155/100 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
12 Push-ups (Hand Release)
15 Box jumps, 24/20″ box

    3 rounds for time (with 20 lbs vest):
    400 metre run
    5 jumping pull ups
    10 push ups
    15 sit ups
    20 GHD back extensions

    11:40 Rx

    10 burpee box jumps 26 inches
