Yes there are three WOD’s today, read carefully below! You will not finish the first two WODs your score is for reps and the goal is to get as far as you can. The 3rd WOD is meant to be completed for time. This is the same format the athletes did at the games.
Workout of the Day:
Complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
20 calorie Row
30 Wallball Shots, 20/14 pound ball
20 Toes to bar
30 Box jumps, 24″ box
20 Sumo-deadlit high-pull, 108/70 pound kettlebell
30 Burpees
20 Shoulder to overhead, 135/95 pounds
120 foot Sled push, sled plus 165 pounds
