Workout of the Day:

Squat Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Full squat cleans are one of the hardest movements to learn. It will be a great day to learn how to clean correctly and get better a something you are struggling with. Fight the urge and come in on this important strength day.

    125 max (PR) – up from 115 last time!! :)

    Got 110. Failed on 115. Up from 85 last time…woohoo!

    Got 95lbs but do you think I could get just 5lbs more? Of course not!!!

    Failed at 100, again and again and again.
