Team CrossFit Cayman at the Cayman Islands Marathon
Team CrossFit Cayman was up at the crack of dawn to compete in this years marathon in Grand Cayman. David, Colin, Matt, and Fabio all trained with CrossFit 5days a week and incorporated two extra endurance days. They showed that CrossFitters can run too with a great finish at 7th place overall out of 69 teams! We are proud of you guys! If you are interested in Endurance events, we will be doing classes and training for these events in the New Year. Tarasa

20 One legged squats, alternating
Handstand walk 20 yards
Intermediate
Three rounds for time of:
20 Pull ups and 20 Dips
5 Burpees
30 Air Squats
Handstand Hold 1 minute or plank hold
