    22:14 – took 7 mins off since last time :)

    Can’t remember exact time but 22 mins approx….splits approx 10 mins pull ups, 5 something press ups, 4 something for sit ups and 2 something for squats.

    Push Ups – 5:50.9
    Sit Ups – 4:43.0
    Squats – 2:42.1
    Total – 20:55.7
