Egg Cupcakes – Protein Bites for a Quick Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and unfortunately the one that is most often skipped. Here is a super easy, delicious and healthy recipe that gives you protein on the go! Culinary skills not required. The great thing is that you can really use any meats and veggies. The ones I made this weekend had chicken sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms and black olives. Anything goes. Make a batch and breakfast is covered for the week.
