    Squat cleans – 95, 105, 115, 125 – 3 reps each fine. Tried 130 but hurt wrist so didn’t want to push it more.

    Squats are good, but need to work on getting full hip extension.

    Had to get past my fear today just in case this comes up at the Games (how I hurt my wrist before Bogota!!)
    Tried what I knew I could get with 3 and moved to 1 rep just to do it.
    89-95-115-125 (all 3’s)
    130 -135-140 (all 1 reps)

    I have wanted to make this up for awhile but couldn’t do thrusters without it hurting my wrist and shoulder. I bit the bullet and did it….and PR’d!!
