Workout of the Day:

Three rounds for time of:
115/75 pound Barbell Thruster, 15 reps
30 GHD situps (if you cant RX the thrusters do ab mat sit ups)

    Nice job Tamara!!!!

    Didn’t RX the WOD today….still testin out the shoulder as thrusters are now the last thing I am figthing with (shoulder and wrist) But I did 25 lb DB and it felt fine. Making slow progress…..
