Workout of the Day:


Come in today and really learn how to squat!

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

    AMRAP for the sectionals:
    6 rounds plus 30 DUs
    Improved on last Wednesday by 26 reps

    ummmm not my best but 145 OHS, 175 FS and 225 back squat. Didn’t go till fail as had to get back to work.
