95 pound Thruster
Pull-ups

    Improvement from 10:30 last time we did it (plus no bands this time). I was hoping to do 95#, but Matt convinced me that getting through it fast(er) was more important.

    green band…my nemesis…but can now do blue band so that’s what I am doing going forward.

    4:39…improved time a lot from 2 weeks ago.
    Scaled: 35 lbs bar & Green band for pull ups.

    Time to move on to Blue Band as the green one way too easy after 2 weeks at CF.

    Rx pull ups
    Felt like a much more intense workout by scaling the weight as you were able to push through the thrusters without stopping all the time…..the pull ups were a killer!
