Five rounds for time of:
7 Muscle-ups (sub will be 3 pull ups and 3 dips or push ups for each muscle up)
21 Burpees

Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.

    34:11 – sub 2 pullups and strict ring dips for muscle ups. Rough.

    Strung together 5 muscle-ups in the first round… but all just singles after that. Oh well, still an improvement.

    I thought the burpees with the extra jump would kill me, but it forced me to slow down and take less breaks.
