Used Ab Mat – needed to test out the wrist and shoulder doing this. I have a strong feeling HSPU’s will be at the Games…
Did 9 rounds using an ab mat for the HSPU’s. I’ve lost some strength with the shoulder injury but hopefully will be gaining it back soon!
