    Disappointed about having overslept this morning’s workout, we did 4 rounds for time of:
    8 laps in pool-50 sit ups- 30 push ups
    6 laps-30 sit ups- 20 push ups
    4 laps – 20 sit ups – 10 push ups
    2 laps – 10 sit ups – 5 push ups

    feel a lot better now!!
