Workout of the Day:

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

The squat is the most fundamental movement we do in CrossFit so come in and learn good squat technique with weight. As I always say, if you can squat good, you can do anything good. If you have a knee problem come in and make up a workout you missed. Also, this is a good time to work on skills you suck at.
