    18:24 running (7:25, 5:52, 3:38, 1:29)

    Legs and low back pretty sore from deadlifts yesterday…

    no idea what my splits were?!
    Like Tim, back very sore but I stuck with trying
    to pose run. Taxes your core – that is until your
    body gets used to it. Went steady on first 1600
    Now I know what that feels like, sub 22 is the aim
