CrossFitters bring the same intensity to a casual game of rugby on the beach as they do their daily WODs!
Workout of the Day:
Four sets of:
Back squat x 3
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
Then, against a 2 minute running clock, complete the following:
Double unders x 30
As many reps as possible of burpees
You will complete 4 sets with 2 minutes rest in between. Score is total number of burpees for all 4 sets.
