Workout of the Day:

Five rounds of:
5 Barbell deadlifts
5 Barbell hang cleans
5 Barbell push presses
5 Barbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.

    All unbroken except for last set of power cleans.

    If I can manage to Clean and Ugly Press 135, but my max Clean and Jerk is 145, something is wrong. I know what I need to need to work on for the next while.

    85, 95, 105, 125 (f) so went down to 115. Got the deadlifts and hang power cleans on 125 – just couldn’t push press it :-( Need more rest.
