Workout of the Day:

For time:
100 Burpee pull-ups

Ideally, the pull-up bar is one foot above your reach.

If you cant do a pull up we will scale the workout for you.

    PS. I used a plate under my feet so not sure exactly how high the bar was above me but I would guess less than the foot as suggested.
