    He had the best cheering section…they were pretty funny!!
    Total today was miserable in one sense and fantastic in another…my total went down (BOO!!) I am so sore from Tues and Wed that I couldn’t lift much today….but….I did do my usual 85 lb SP (hasn’t moved up in months!) without any pain in my shoulder. A HUGE accomplishment given my history with my shoulder. I am really happy with that. I feel like I am slowly regaining my strength. YIPPEE!! :)
