    Wow, can’t believe how hard the pushups were after the HSPUs and Dips!

    ha!ha! It’s crazy right…it never sounds like much Tim…but it is always hard!!

    Today WOD = 3 rounds for time of:
    Row 500 M
    25 push ups (stomach to ground)
    25 Kettlebell Swings (35 lbs)

    Time = 12:02

    Ring Dips: Not bad.. 2-3 at a time
