    Overhead squats
    155lbs.
    10 lbs less than previously :( but really tried to improve my form. One step back to make two steps forward!

    Got to 95lbs and then went back down…left shoulder couldn’t keep up with the right:)

    10 kipping pullups today…absolutely pumped!

    Snatch Balance: 95#

    Could have tried heavier but didn’t like the feeling in my shoulder, so next time.

    Running intervals: 200M/400M/600M with rest in between equal to run time x 3

    33 / 1:27 / 2:32
    35 / 1:33 / 2:37
    35 / 1:35 / 2:35
