Overhead squats 155lbs. 10 lbs less than previously but really tried to improve my form. One step back to make two steps forward!
Krista – great job on the pull-ups! Jenn – awesome overhead squats today!
Got to 95lbs and then went back down…left shoulder couldn’t keep up with the right:)
10 kipping pullups today…absolutely pumped!
Snatch Balance: 95#
Could have tried heavier but didn’t like the feeling in my shoulder, so next time.
Running intervals: 200M/400M/600M with rest in between equal to run time x 3
