    60 lbs shoulder press
    120 lbs back squat
    185 lbs deadlift
    total – 365

    215 BS and deadlift – total 500

    Total = 555
    PR’d in all 3 (and didn’t hurt my neck)!! YIPPEE!!! :)

    DL: 290# PR (Goal for January: 300)
    BS: 200# PR (Goal for January was 200, yay)

    Total: 575 (Goal for January: 600.. it seemed like a lofty goal when I picked it.. now, not so much :) )
