Forrest

Three rounds for time of:
20 L-pull-ups
30 Toes to bar
40 Burpees
Run 800 meters

    35:12 Rx sub (GHD sit ups for the T2B).
    Slow on the PUs, but fast on the 800m.
    Classic crossfit leveller.

    I’ve had the misfortune of being diagnosed with tendonitis (both tennis elbow and golf elbow.. 2 for 1!) so I’ll be doing some interesting subs for the next little while.

    3 rounds:
    30 left-arm KB swings, 35 lb
    30 GHS Situps
    40 Burpees
    Run 800M
