Ten for load and time of:
1 Clean and Jerk
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

    heavy jerks are risky and 155lbs
    isn’t quite heavy enough.
    So I did a 155lbs thruster for each C&J
    Great WoD!
