50 Sit-ups (GHD if you want a challenge….still rx though if you do regular sit ups)

    24:32 – 900M row for the run (ankle injury), GHD sit ups, back extensions on GHD.

    25:40 over rx with ghd sit ups. I really suck at ghd’s and running but over time I am getting better.

    Totally humbling to be the last person in on this wod as that hasn’t happened to me before.
    Legs were heavy on the run but happy with the back extensions and situps.

    About 2 minutes slower than last time but that was with Good Mornings, so I’ll take it :) .
