Advanced

Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Back squat, 20 reps
Handstand walk 20 yards

Intermediate

Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Back squat, 20 reps
Handstand Push ups 10 reps

    16:30 – did RX BS and HSPU on the parralettes (sp??) 10 each round. My shoulders feel weak :(

    55lbs (failed! miserably!!); bar only (lower bk shot fr ystrdy’s DLs = bad form)

    Ego recovered w/tentative HSPUs. Stable, yes. Form, sort of. Touch head to floor w/o snapping spinal cord? Uh, no….next time, will measure dips w/ab mat to confirm depth/progress

    7:47 – diud something to shoulder on Monday so did push ups instead of hspu’s.

    Back squat 2 rounds 95 on rach, 2 rounds 85 cleaned weight onto back and 1 round 95 cleaning weight onto back….depending on what bar was around.
