Workout of the Day:

Clean, 1 rep
Bench press, 1 rep
Overhead squat, 1 rep

Clean is from the ground, power or squat.

Austin Malleolo: Clean 285, Bench 300, OHS 255 = 840 lbs
James Hobart: Clean 285, Bench 245, OHS 275 = 805 lbs
Lance Cantu: Clean 265, Bench 270, OHS 265 = 800 lbs

    I did “Lumberjack 20″ (from 8 November):

    20 Deadlifts 275lbs/185
    Run 400m
    20 KB swings 70/53
    Run 400m
    20 Overhead Squats 115lbs/75
    (I subbed 20 115 lbs thrusters!)
    Run 400m
    20 Burpees
    Run 400m
    20 Pullups (Chest to Bar)
    Run 400m
    20 Box jumps 24/20
    Run 400m
    20 Squat Cleans 115/75
    Run 400m

    25:52
    PR by over 3 and a half minutes
    and I felt I could have pushed harder.
    Sub 25 target.

    Up 20lbs on each lift since the last total in Jan.
