Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Chest to bar pull-ups
30 second Ring L-sit hold

Kevin Montoya 8 Rounds + 12 Pull-ups, Kris Clever 6 rounds + 9 pullups, Rebecca Voigt 5 rounds + 15 pullups.

    4 rounds, plus pullups and 9 situps. subbed situps.

    2 rounds, but hands torn badly.
    So I then did 6 rounds:
    15 bent over rows, 70 lbs KB
    1 minute ‘plank’

    5 rounds + 15C2B + 15 seconds L-sit

    The first round of C2B went unbroken, then the L-sit sapped my core completely. Good workout, though.

    5 rounds. RX chest to bar pull ups. RX attempts on the L sits – not a complete 90 degree angle.
