Check out the article below that was posted about Team CrossFit Cayman on  the CrossFit Games site!  Watch out for the Caymanites!

Team Profile: CrossFit Cayman
Tiny island, powerful team – Team CrossFit Cayman
In the western Carribean there are sunny islands sporting powder white sand and clear blue water. Most days of the week this paradise is home to more than just tropical splendours. Thrusters, burpees and KB swings have made their way to the island. They were brought by Team CrossFit Cayman. The Central and South American Regional had only 3 teams competing; regardless, CrossFit Cayman took first place in every single event, and now they have their gaze set on the HDC. Regional organizer Geoff Tudisco sent the following update.
One of the most memorable moments of the 2010 Central & South American Regional Qualifer was the 2nd Team Event (a Handstand Push-up/Overhead Squat) combo, where Jennifer Chailler (CrossFit Cayman) knocked out a mind-boggling 105 HSPU. Jenn is one of the reasons to keep an eye on CrossFit Cayman (aka “The Caymanites”) during this year’s 2010 CrossFit Games.
Devout followers of “main site” programming, the Caymanites have put together a well rounded team that the likes of which were not seen at last year’s Affilitate Cup. The men, Matt Barnett and Carl Brenton, are solid CrossFit athletes with impressive numbers across the board. However, the secret to the Caymanites dominance at the Regionals is the three Caymanite women: Tarasa Barnett, Wanda Brenton and Jenn. These three not only can go heavy (all boast deadlifts over 225lbs), they can also perform high skill movements, such as Muscle-ups, with ease.
All three Caymanite women have aspirations of competing for the Region’s Individual spots next year. Matt would also like to try his hand at the Region’s Individual Men’s title. But we’re getting ahead of ourselves just a bit. This year Individual competitiors need not worry, instead it is the Affiliate Cup Teams that should take note. The Caymanites are coming, and they didn’t leave their island paradise to visit sunny southern California for fun… they are coming to win.
