Workout of the Day:

Five rounds for time of:
40 Double-unders
30 Box jumps, 24 inch box
20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

    Last time I did this I was 11:49….today I was 13:11. BOOOOOOOO!!!!!
    My legs failed me miserably in the box jumps….those are usually a strength for me but not today. Disappointing WOD :(

    the consensus seems to be that i did 6 rounds but since i can’t count i didn’t want to cheat myself by doing less…cheating is still cheating even if i’m the only one who knows! :P

    we should say plus Rx, since our men’s box is 26″. Clearly that 2″ is the difference between me and Chris Spealler at 9 minutes stupid
