Angie- 20:28 – PR’d by almost 2 mins. Not bad…but next time I’ll be under 20….whoop! Whoop! I HATE PULL UPS!

Still in UK with bro’, back Wed!
We did:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
280lbs deadlift (Dan: 230lbs)
22 kg dumbell SP (Dan: 20 kg)
push-ups with 45lbs plate
air squat (with 10 extra on last round)
No timing.
We forgot and just laughed/cried thru it!
This twin still has the edge
but he’ll catch me up!!!!
