    I just couldn’t quite get 235 without a little spotting. So close. Amazing how 5 little pounds can make such a difference!

    155, 175, 195, 215, 235(f), 225(f), 220

    PR by 25#. Focused on forcing the elbows up, and letting a sound squat do the rest, which seems to have worked.
