    155# shoulder press – down 10# from my pr
    315# back squat – pr by 10…can do more
    415# deadlift – pr by 10
    Total 885#

    Went down across the board. Off-day, I suppose.

    Pretty sure my lifts were all more legit this time.
    Got 305 on the BS, but didn’t quite hit parallel. Next time!
