Workout of the Day:

Snatch, 1 rep
Clean and jerk, 1 rep
As many rounds and reps as possible in ten minutes of:
115/75 Squat clean, 6 reps
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders

Add together the best snatch (in kg), the best clean and jerk (in kg), and the total reps performed in the triplet for your final score. Post score to comments.

    Snatch – 155 lbs (70kg)
    C & J – 185 lbs (84kg)
    Triplet – 3 rounds + 6 Squat cleans RX (132 reps)

    total – 286

    Thanks Tarasa for pushing me through that last set of cleans, although I think it nearly killed me!

    Was so sick and grumpy when I got there…really hurt my snatch result:(
    Snatch – 65 lbs…only weight I tried, worked on form
    Clean and Jerk – 105 lbs, good jerk, slow clean
    Triplet – 3 rounds plus 4 RX weight, blue band

    Snatch 75 lbs (34 kg)
    C & J 115 lbs for the 120 clean but jerk went wrong (52 kg)

    5 rounds plus 1 SQ – all RX – 211 reps

    Score – 297

    Sucked at everything, knee is still sore after the operation so did power clean + jerk 145, power snatch 115, then 3 rounds of power cleans RX, hate double unders!

    125# C&J (56 kg)

    55 lbs snatch.
    205 lbs squat clean, twice.
    shoulder very limiting here.

    5 rounds plus all the SCs and all the PUs
    My last round of PUs were messy, as I was trying to get to the DUs for 6 rounds!
