Workout of the Day:

“The Seven”

Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
7 Pull-ups

    41:55 7 rounds Rx sub
    I can’t HSPU or K2E properly
    because of my shoulder, so I did
    115 lbs SP and GHD sit ups
    PR by 2 mins and last time
    I only did 95 lbs SP
