50 Double unders
35 Knees to elbows
185/115 pound Overhead walk, 20 yards

    Not sure what my time was…I was on a sep clock that got tossed around so I have no idea…and I only did 4 rounds cause I was running late.
    Sub 85 lb OH walk cause of my shoulder too….

    K2Es finally clicked for me, but it didn’t make this one any less brutal. Top 10 for sure (As Dona pointed out, Eva is worse :D ).

    Lotta firsts @ Xf tonight. First time I ripped my hands, first blister OVER a callous OVER another blister, first time I wanted to cry instead of puke….

    43:35 75# OH walk 1st rd, dropped to 55# after

    Taped hand last rd. Coulda improved K2E time had I listened to Judy and taped b4 WOD…
