10 Clean & Jerks
1 Weighted pull-up
9 Clean & Jerks
2 Weighted pull-ups
8 Clean & Jerks
3 Weighted pull-ups

For the clean use 155/105, 135/95, or 115/75. For the weighted pull ups use 53/25 or 35/15.

    Pull-ups until 7th round, then switched to purple band pull-ups. My poor hands!

    OMG…still feel terrible after hitting it hard in Vegas….Hopefully I’ll be back to normal in the next few days!
    Did this WOD 04/08/10 – used 95lb for clean and jerk and did 15 lb for weighted pull ups. It took me FOREVER!! Over 41 minutes! ha!ha!ha!
