OMG…still feel terrible after hitting it hard in Vegas….Hopefully I’ll be back to normal in the next few days!
Did this WOD 04/08/10 – used 95lb for clean and jerk and did 15 lb for weighted pull ups. It took me FOREVER!! Over 41 minutes! ha!ha!ha!
