Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
Run 400 meters
25 Turkish Get-ups with a 60-pound dumbbell

or

Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
Run 400 meters
25 sit-ups
15 overhead squats

    I did the second AMRAP posted (wanted to work on my OHS) Did 5 rounds plus 1/2 a run – used 45 lb bar for the OHS and felt GREEEEAT!!!!
