105 sit ups for the last set of ring dips.

The video helped immensely with climbing up efficiently. Too bad I still burned the crap out of my thighs on my descents

I hear ya re thighs….have bandages on mine at the moment they’re that bad.

did 17 pullups but had to sub the rest w/ situps because my hands were still blistery…
