Workout of the Day:

Three rounds for time of:
15 foot rope climb, 5 ascents
21 Ring dips
50 Squats

The sub for each rope climb will be five pull ups.

    105 sit ups for the last set of ring dips.

    KILLER!!

    The video helped immensely with climbing up efficiently. Too bad I still burned the crap out of my thighs on my descents :P .

    did 17 pullups but had to sub the rest w/ situps because my hands were still blistery…
