Redver after a tough WOD!

Workout of the Day:

Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

    Focused on keeping shoulders active and my arms never got tired like they did last time. I tried the wide burpee, but when combined with the lunges it killed my legs. Need more flexibility :P .
