Workout of the Day:

Five rounds for time of:
155/105 pound Thruster, 5 reps
5 Muscle-ups (If you cant do muscle ups do 15 pull ups and 15 dips)(If you can do unassisted ring dips do 15 pull ups and 5 ring dips)
Run 400m

    42:34 BUT did it all RX!!
    So happy I could do them all considering I just got my first one 2 weeks ago and only failed once on my attempts…and that was the very last one! :)
