The jump in an efficient double-under is almost indistinguishable from a single-under.

Workout of the Day:

“Jack”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115/75 pound Push press, 10 reps
10 KB Swings, 1.5/1 pood
10 Box jumps, 24/20 inch box

Dave Lipson 18 rounds + 7 PP, Austin Malleolo 17 rounds + 5 PP, Jeremy Thiel 15 rounds, Karianne Dickson 13 rounds + 10 push press (75lb PP, 1pood KB, 24″ box).

    Push press is still killing me, but improved by 2+ rounds since last time.

    …okay, upon further review, I had done 8 rounds last time. Not as big of an increase as I thought, but still an improvement. And at least I know where to focus my energy for improvement!
