Workout of the Day:

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

    Only did 6 rounds…my hands were on the verge of ripping…
    27:32 – used 15 lb dumbbell

    40:55 38rds kipping pull-ups
    Did the first round with 25lb, but failed miserably after that, so just did kipping. Could barely hold onto the bar near the end.

    sub 55lb OHS & kipping pullups
    21 & 9 unbroken OHS
    next time do 65lbs

    108 purple band kipping pull-ups in 30mins.could have done more but didn’t want to make you all look bad! ;)

    (Not all 108 were chin over bar. Infact most were chin somewhere on route to bar…)
